From now on it is my favourite cheesecake:D Why? Because it has everything what I like the most…..chocolate:)
The recipe is from the book ” Moje wypieki i desery” ( eng. “My bakings and desserts”) wrote by Dorota Świątkowska. For polish readers: www.mojewypieki.com
For english readers I am going to translate that recipe, because it is worth it:)
- 50g white flour
- 50g butter
- 1/2 glass of caster sugar
- 1 big egg( at room temperature)
- 40g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 500g half-fat dry cottage cheese ( to buy in polish shop only;)
- 400g condensed milk(one can)
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 3 eggs
- 120g dark or milk chocolate, melted
- 1 tlsp extract vanilla
- 1 tblsp potato starch
HOW TO MAKE BROWNIE:
Melt butter, add chocolate and melt it again. You should get chocolate sauce. Put aside to cool. The whole egg beat with sugar until stiff. Pour slowly chocolate sauce (it can be warm) mix together. Add sifted flour and combine.
Put baking paper in the cake pan (its diameter should be 20-21 cm). Pour brownie into the cake pan. Bake in 170°C for 12-15 min. After that time take it out.
HOW TO MAKE CHEESE CURD:
All ingredients should be at room temperature. Every ingredient(apart from chocolate) mix together. Not too long to avoid too many oxygen in the curd.
Take 3/4 glass of ready curd and mix with melted chocolate. (brown curd)
Pour white cheese curd on baked brownie, then blotch your white curd with brown curd( use tbsp, I did several big dots on my cheese curd with brown curd and then I put tbsp inside my cake pan and mix gentle and delicate to create marble effect:D
Wrapp your cake pan in aluminium foil and put into the bigger cake pan with the hot water. Bake for 60 min. in 150 °C ( DO NOT USE AIR FLOW)
Cool in the open oven, then put in the fridge for whole night or day(8 hours min).
Srinkle with coca powder.
