There are already christmas sweets in shops:) Well, I know it is autumn but I feel Christmas coming so fast:D I want to buy christmas tree, hang socks on the fireplace…and bake gingerbread! Do you feel it, too???:) Okey, but for now I have to wait:)
While writing this post I have my bread in the oven. I need to wait about 5 hours until it will be baked:) It is special bread- Pumpernickel:) I can’t wait to try and see it;) Should be kept in the fridge and it can be stored there several months!! Absolutely Amazing! I will share it with you later.
Yes Yes Yes…but what about my pasta meal??? I want present you Squash & Spinach pasta rotolo by Jamie Oliver…I really like his cook books. The recipes are simple and sooo tasty. He gives lots of tips, too.
I’ve done it several times, but yesterday it was first time when I did my home made pasta:) Lasagne pasta:) Jamie wrote that I need 600g flour and 6 eggs:) so I did my pasta 🙂 Believe me or not but it is so much better. It tastes so much better when you make it by yourself;) I know you kow that:) And do not tell yourself that is is too much work, that is is faster buy ready pasta.
It is so easy to do it and it doesn’t take so much time….it’s time to do it now. it’s your time, slow down:D There’s no reason to run 😉

You will need:
1 butternut squash (roughly 1.2 kg)
1 red onion
1 teaspoon dried thyme
500g frozen spinach I I used fresh one- 480g)
1 whole nutmeg, for grating
4 cloves of garlic
1x 700ml jar of passata
6 large fresh pasta sheets( roughly 15cm x 20cm each)
50g feta cheese
20g Parmesan cheese
optional : a few spring of fresh sage
