Let’s design our healthy meal in the morning!

  • 1 kiwi
  • half of passion fruit
  • half of canned coconut milk
  • mint( just a little)
  • one glass of chopped pinapple

Use the blender and ready:) And be prepared for chewing little seeds;)

Of course, you can not forget about the look of your smoothie…it is the most important part of it;) if it looks good it tastes better 😀
