NO way!! It is Banana bread…….well, I like to think like that:)
Oh it is so nice to eat warm banana bread and simultaneously you eat healthy:)
I found that recipe in the book that I borrowed from my friend…And I am really glad that she told me about that book!!:D

Healhy lifestyle, being active and recipes:) All that you can find in her book. Unfortunately there’s polish language…but I really feel that you must know how to do it:) So …I am going to translate it for you:)
LET’S MAKE BANANA BREAD
- 3 RIPED BANANAS
- TABLESPOON OF CHIA SEEDS
- 3 TBSP OF BOILING WATER
- DASH OF CINNAMON
- 2 1/2 TBSP OF COCONUT OIL
- 1 1/2 GLASS OF ALMOND FLOUR ( WELL I USED OAT FLOUR I’VE MADE;)
And the rest is simple as that!:) You need to do mash banana(you can use fork;) In another bowl or glass mix chia seeds with boiling or hot water and leave it for a while. In meantime mix mash banana with the rest of our ingredients and add chia seeds (it is used instead of egg). Pour the dough to really small tray( I found baking trays in TkMaxx, they are paper and just for one use, however really cute and great for present)
Bake about 50-60 min. in 180°C.
Ready!!:) enjoy and try with peanut butter;D
